Rajiv is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Nable IT. Under his leadership the company has experienced significant growth in a very short period of time with having large marque customers in USA and India. The company opened a new office in USA and have executed partnership arrangements with Carnegie Mellon University, USA and Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Formerly, he was Senior Corporate Vice President at HCL Technologies Limited, India. Rajiv has over 36 years of senior management experience with Tier 1 IT multinationals – TCS and HCL Technologies. As HCLs global head of automation, he was instrumental in developing state of the art Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning based solutions in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Prior to this role he has held several important roles such as HCL’s chief productivity and competitive officer and global head of delivery for diversified industries. With responsibility of heading a global delivery organization of over 30,000 IT professionals, he also served as an executive sponsor on behalf of HCL to several Fortune 500 clients where he was responsible for delivering pre-defined business and IT outcomes.

Rajiv holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from BITS, Pilani, India and Master of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
